Weekends are made for brunch! Whether its breakfast cocktails like Bloody Marys or delicious coffee, relaxing is sure to ensue. My current favorite brunch hang out is Bleu Restaurant and wine bar. Serving up brunch specialties from 10-2pm on Saturday’s and Sunday’s. My favorite dish is their brioche French toast. House made bread dipped in delicious vanilla custard served with orange bourbon butter served with crispy perfectly seasoned home fries and your side of breakfast meat. I think their apple wood smoked bacon cooked to crispy perfection is a perfect accompaniment to this traditional breakfast fare. The menu offers a wide range of breakfast and lunch options but my choice is this amazing French Toast!
