Les Bourgeois Bistro is know for it’s incredibly fresh, seasonal and locally focused ever changing menu. Lucky for us one thing remains constant-the Gorgonzola Cheesecake. New however are the accompaniments that fill the plate: Roasted Tomato chutney, Walnut Pesto or Seasonal Fruit Compote and Gastrique with toasted bread. The day we ordered it we asked for all four. Each compliment this savory appetizer in its own unique way. Served warm, the cheesecake is smooth and creamy with a polenta crust and topped with a roasted garlic clove. The flavor profile goes perfectly with a glass of Les Bourgeois Vidal Blanc. It’s a year round must taste! Bon Appetit!
